The Seiko Cocktail Time Star Bar “Sakura Aviation” Limited Edition SRPM06J1 captures the poetry of spring and refined Japanese aesthetics in a beautifully balanced timepiece. It evokes a moment where time seems to stand still—soft spring sunlight, cherry blossoms in full bloom and a cocktail glass shimmering gently in hand.

This latest addition to the Star Bar collection was created in collaboration with renowned bartender Hisashi Kishi and draws inspiration from his signature Sakura Aviation cocktail. The soft pink mother-of-pearl dial glows like cherry blossoms in the spring sun, while the lively sheen of white mother-of-pearl shifts with the light, recalling the translucent surface of a delicately stirred drink.

Powering the watch is Seiko’s reliable 4R35 automatic movement with approximately 41 hours of power reserve and manual winding capability. A date display adds everyday practicality, while the curved Hardlex crystal protects the dial. The two-tone stainless steel case and matching bracelet complete the refined yet approachable design.

With a 34 mm case diameter and slim proportions, the watch wears comfortably on the wrist. Water resistance up to 50 metres makes it suitable for daily wear, and the screw-down case back features individual serial numbering. Limited to 9,000 pieces worldwide, the Sakura Aviation is a distinctive and collectible expression of Seiko’s Cocktail Time philosophy.
