Kulta-Center.com online store is an online store in the jewelry and watch industry founded in 2016 by the family company Kulta-Center Jokela Oy. Kulta-Center Oy has four stores of its own, located in Tampere, Joensuu, Mikkeli and Savonlinna. Kulta-Center.com's online store aims to expand customer service from stores to the Internet to facilitate customer product comparison, retrieve product information and provide an easy, fast and reliable shopping channel.
Ordering Instructions
You can place an order with guest IDs or alternatively by registering as our user. However, we recommend registering *, which only takes a moment. As a registered user, your information is stored in our system, where you can more closely track your orders and we will receive important information to improve our customer service. We process personal data very carefully, read more in the privacy statement. To place an order from our online store:
1. Select products and add them to the cart. If the product has optional features, go to the product to see the details.
2. When you’re done, you can go to the checkout from the top right corner of the shopping cart image.

Payment Methods
We have a reliable and secure Klarna Checkout - Get Smooth.
Together with Klarna Bank AB (public) (headquarters address Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden) we offer the following payment methods where payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the delivery of the products. See the terms and conditions of the Klarna invoice here.
- Flexible installment payment: you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the amount of the debt (however, always at least EUR 5.00 including interest on the remaining debt).
- Fixed installment fee: you can choose from different monthly installment options at checkout. The installments decrease on a monthly basis as the outstanding loan amount decreases.
- Campaign invoice: If your purchase has been offered an extended payment period of 1-3 months for a start-up fee (e.g. "Buy now, pay in February"), you can pay for your purchases according to the terms of your promotional invoice.
- Online banking payments: You pay instantly and reliably through Klarna Checkout.
- Credit card payments: Reliable credit card payments. Payment methods are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Terms of Delivery
Our Kulta-Center.com online store offers free delivery for all orders over €100 and free exchange and return rights.. Orders placed by 2pm on weekdays will always be shipped the same day. The delivery time for the products is determined by the availability, which is indicated in the product information.
• Delivery time for stock products is 3-5 business days.
• Delivery time for post-delivered and ordered product is normally 3-14 business days. Deviating delivery times for special products are reported separately.
Orders for multiple products can be shipped in sections, giving you separate tracking information for each of your emails. The customer is responsible for any delays in delivery / inquiries due to the accuracy of the information provided and the reporting of incorrect information.
If you are ordering a product abroad, please contact us! When ordering abroad, delivery costs will be added to the price of the product, which will be notified to the customer in person.
All prices include value added tax (VAT) and any additional costs are indicated separately. Our goal is to strive for accuracy in product information, prices, and additional costs, but errors can sometimes occur and we are not responsible for errors that result from human injury. When we notice an error, we will notify the customer immediately. We reserve the right to cancel an order and return the order amount to the customer if an error has occurred in the pricing based on a notice prepared by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority about the price information of the agreement. We will not be liable for any delay or consequential inconvenience caused by force majeure. The online store reserves the right to change delivery times and product range. Changes will be notified to the customer in person.
Resale of Products
Purchasing products from the kulta-center.fi online store and reselling them as a new product without a written right of sale granted by the manufacturer violates the trademark, sales and distribution rights of these manufacturers and brands.
Kulta-Center Oy has the right not to sell products if there is reason to suspect that the sale will result in a violation of these rights.
Return and Exchange Policy
For products ordered from our online store, we grant a 100-day right of exchange and return for unused and in-stock products. Please note that the right of exchange and return does not apply to custom-made products, products commissioned / modified by the customer, technical equipment used, engraved products or special products ordered separately from the customer on request. Ordered products are always marked prominently in the product information. See more detailed exchange and return terms below!
If for any reason you wish to exchange the product or return your shipment:
1. Carefully pack the product (s), all parts, and the return portion of the thank-you note for shipment. The product (s) must be unused and in the original packaging in a condition suitable for sale. Please remember to tape the shipment carefully to prevent the shipment from opening during transport. We are not responsible for damage to incorrectly packaged returns or lost contents of carelessly sealed packages.
2. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided along the goods. Please use the same parcel service that delivered the original shipment.
Refunds for refunds will be made as soon as the refund is received.
The right of exchange and return only applies to unused and in good condition Stock Products that are in their original condition and packaging.
• Pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized or customized for the customer.
• Pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 18 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is liable for the goods taken before the purchase decision. If the product, its parts or packaging are damaged during testing / storage and are no longer fit for sale, we may charge the customer for the cost of the product.
For the purposes of these Consumer Protection Acts, please note that the right to return smart devices applies to a product that is still in good condition for sale: the protective film protecting the new device has not been removed, the sales packaging and parts are as good as new and the device has not been installed or put into service. (Garmin, Polar, Michael Kors, Apple Watch, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and other smart devices)
Warranty Service
If there are any problems with the product purchased from our Kulta-Center.fi online store, please contact our customer service by email: [email protected]
In your message, please provide us with the following information:
• Customer name
• Product information for the product (Make, model, product number) or order number
• An image of the warranty card or shipping list that came with the product, which also serves as a warranty certificate
• Description of the fault / problem
We will reply to the message the same day or no later than the next working day!
You can also return products with an international warranty to an authorized dealer.
Warranty Service - Please note the following:
1. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on behalf of the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use, unless the wear and tear is due to a manufacturing defect. The warranty is evaluated by qualified blacksmiths or the manufacturer.
2. The warranty does not cover defects due to improper use. In other words, do not repair the products yourself, as this may void the product warranty.
3. If you repair products purchased from us with other blacksmiths or the products are self-repaired, the warranty may be voided.
4. Please pack the shipment carefully as we are not responsible for damage or loss of incorrectly packaged returns. So remember to always keep the receipt you received from the Post for the return shipment!
4. If the product is sent for service without the need for proper service, we will charge the customer for costs such as postage and manufacturer's service costs. Warranty service for defective products is free of charge!

By registering in the Kulta-Center.com online store, you will have access to more services. Your contact information, order history, and order information will remain in our system. This allows us to provide a more personalized service to our customers. As a registered user, as long as your order information is stored in our system, warranty issues are also handled conveniently when the information is found directly in our system.
