The Casio G-Shock GM-5600YRA-8ER is a digital watch based on the iconic 5600 series design. It combines the renowned durability of G-SHOCK with a modern aesthetic. The bezel is made of stainless steel while the case is constructed from resin, creating a strong yet lightweight structure. The watch features a durable silicone strap with an adjustable length of approximately 145–215 mm. A mineral glass protects the digital display, and the Super Illuminator LED light with afterglow ensures excellent readability even in low light conditions. The shock-resistant construction and 200-meter water resistance make the watch suitable for everyday wear as well as activities such as swimming and scuba diving.
The GM-5600YRA-8ER includes a range of useful functions including world time, stopwatch, timer and five daily alarms. The fully automatic calendar is programmed until the year 2099, and the display can switch between 12- and 24-hour formats as well as different date and month display options. Battery life is approximately five years.
